Not medical advice

Fluke Fitness is a training and nutrition tracking tool. Its suggestions are generated from your logged data and general training principles. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Consult a qualified professional before starting a new programme, particularly if you have an injury, a medical condition, or are pregnant. Stop and seek help if you experience pain beyond ordinary muscle soreness.

You train at your own risk.

Your account

You must be at least [MINIMUM AGE] to use Fluke Fitness.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

One account per person. Accounts are not transferable.

Your content

You own the training data, notes, photos and measurements you log. You grant us the licence needed to store and display them back to you, and to show the summaries you explicitly share.

You are responsible for content you make visible to others: your profile, posts your followers see, leaderboards you join and links you share.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that depicts another identifiable person without their consent.

Subscriptions and payment

Plus is billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice before your next renewal.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the paid period ends.

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are governed by their terms and refund policies, not ours.

Invite rewards

When someone joins through your invite link within 14 days of creating their account and finishes their first session, you and they each get 30 days of Plus.

Each new account earns one reward. Rewards have no cash value. We may withhold rewards from accounts created to collect them.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another user’s data, probe or disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or resell access.

Do not log false lifts to place on leaderboards, or harass people through follows, comments or challenges. Block anyone who does this to you.

Do not use the coach to seek medical, legal or financial advice, or to generate content that harms others.

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Availability

We aim to keep Fluke Fitness available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn.

We will give reasonable notice before withdrawing a feature you pay for.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may close an account that breaches these terms, with notice where practical.

Changes and contact

We will tell you before material changes take effect. Continuing to use Fluke Fitness after that means you accept them.
